The Doctor of Audiology degree is a four-year post-baccalaureate program that includes three years of coursework and clinical experiences, and 12 months in a full-time externship placement. Coursework is designed to provide the scientific and professional education needed by highly trained audiologists.
 
The AuD Faculty at Rush

Members of the audiology faculty at Rush University Medical Center are nationally recognized as leaders in patient care, teaching and research. They provide extraordinary instruction and mentoring to students in the classroom, clinics and research labs. Rush faculty lecture internationally, and they hold key positions in professional organizations and boards. Examples of research areas in which the audiology faculty are involved include cochlear implants, auditory rehabilitation, auditory evoked potentials, amplification, newborn hearing screening and infection control.
