Beginning July 1, 2011, a 2.5% non-refundable convenience fee will be added to your payments for tuition and charges to Rush University when paid by  MasterCard, Discover or American Express.

Like many other colleges and universities, Rush University has been paying these charges for students for the convenience of paying by credit card and will now be transferring this fee directly to the user. As these expenses to Rush University reduce the tuition dollars available for programs and services to all students, some colleges and universities are choosing to either no longer accept credit card payments altogether while others are choosing to apply the charge directly to each students payment. We recognize that our students appreciate the convenience of using credit cards and have selected to retain this payment option.

Echeck payments will not be assessed an additional fee and will processed in the same manner as in the past.
