About Rush University
All student organization events should be coordinated in an effort to avoid conflicts with other organizations and events. The date and time of all student organization events must be confirmed with the Office of Student Affairs regardless of their location. To reserve a date and time, you should:
  1. Consult the Student Organization Calendar and select a date that does not conflict with another organization. If you have questions about events, please contact the Assistant Director.

  2. Request that your event(s) be added to the Student Organization calendar by emailing the Assistant Director with the following information:

    • Name of Organization
    • Event Name, Date & Time
    • Beverages Request (please list the number of people you are expecting)

  3. The Office of Student Affairs will confirm your date and time by email and add it to the Student Organization Calendar.
