About Rush University

Rush University orientation is a one-day program designed to help students learn about important services provided by university offices. Note that your college and/or program may be holding additional orientation days. Your attendance is mandatory at both the university orientation as well as your college and/or program orientation.

Students in Rush Medical College and the College of Nursing’s DNP Specialty programs do not participate in university orientation. These programs organize separate orientation events to introduce their students to university services.
Please review the new student information webpage for critical information and action items, including documents that you must complete before the start of classes.
