Because on-campus housing is in great demand, Rush University has established a set of priorities for assigning students to available units.
**Prices for the 2014-2015 academic year have not yet been determined. Prices for the 2013-2014 academic year can be found below. Once the rent prices for the upcoming academic year have been established, they will be published on this page.
To apply for housing for the 2014 - 2015 academic year, the housing applications for students applying either to:
1. Renew their leases or
2. To submit a new application for Center Court Gardens are now available on the main page of the housing website.
Prices for the 2013 - 2014 academic year are as follows:
Studio: $853 per month
One Bedroom: $936 per month
Two Bedroom: $1,550 per month
*The above prices are valid through the end of a student's spring term.
Priority for assigning students are below:
1. Returning undergraduate, graduate and professional students who apply for renewal by March 15.
2. Incoming undergraduate, graduate and professional students who begin their academic program in the summer term and have been accepted for admission and apply for housing by April 1.
3. Incoming undergraduate, graduate and professional students who begin their academic program in the fall term and have been accepted for admission and apply for housing by May 1. *Please note: Housing applications are accepted year round as long as there is available space. For students starting in the winter or spring terms, housing applications will be processed as they are received given that the student has been accepted by Rush.
These priorities will be used as a guide when assigning housing. Returning students who fail to submit a housing application for the succeeding year by March 15 will lose his/her number one priority. Rush University reserves the right to make exceptions to these priorities when extenuating circumstances exist.
