Center Court Gardens
1400-1554 West Harrison

Center Court Gardens, located on Harrison Street across from the Marriott Chicago Medical District, consists of apartment-style living with over 280 spaces available as studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom. All apartments are unfurnished, carpeted, have individually controlled heating and air conditioning, modern appliances and bathtubs with showers. There are a limited number of furnished one-bedroom apartments that are perfect for students who may be coming to Rush University from a distance. Two-bedroom apartments have one and one-half baths. Electric and heating are not included in the cost of rent.

The apartment buildings are secured with a buzzer and key-entry system and each apartment door is equipped with a peep hole. Only tenants have access to a building; all visitors must buzz a tenant from outside the building to gain access. In addition, Rush University Medical Center security officers provide foot patrol as well as mobile coverage for the complex. There is no storage available at Center Court Gardens, but every apartment has ample walk-in closet space. Laundry facilities are located in the center of the apartment complex. Parking is assigned by the management office, located at 1516 West Harrison, on a first-come, first-served basis. No more than one vehicle per apartment will be assigned a space. Some people may be put on a waiting list if the demand for parking exceeds capacity. There is no smoking allowed in the apartments or on the grounds and also no pets are allowed.
