Voice of the Faculty
"I am very excited that I was chosen as a Fellow for the American Association of Colleges of Nursing Leadership for Academic Nursing Programs. To date, I attended a week long institute that began the year-long development program, participated in numerous webinars, have a Dean mentor, and participated in an executive development conference. This program is providing me with strategies for refining my leadership style, giving me detailed operational information for academic managing and leading, providing opportunities for strategic networking, and helping me in refining my long-term career goals. Thanks to RU Academic Affairs for providing funding for this wonderful opportunity."
