Mr. Karnoscak first came to Rush in 1979. He most recently was the Director of the METC and became Registrar of the University in January 2003. Bill works with deans and department heads to facilitate the services required to meet the changing needs of the Rush student body. He works very closely with the student and faculty information systems. Students in the armed services can see Bill about Veteran Affairs benefits.

Dan Weber joined the Office of the Registrar in June 2003, bringing with him nine years of experience working in related higher education positions. Dan oversees the daily operations of the Office of the Registrar and works closely with students, faculty and staff to ensure that all are aware of University protocols. Dan is the person to contact if there are questions regarding transfer credit, graduation, and University policies. Additionally, Dan serves as the Office of the Registrar's liaison for the College of Nursing Progressions committee.

A veteran staff member with 20 years of service and honored as Rush Employee of the Year for 2001, Ms. Labedz is responsibile for the scheduling of all university classrooms and lecture halls, AB Dick Auditorium, and the Cafeteria/Library conference rooms. Denise also creates the printed timetables for all colleges. Questions regarding requirements for booking a room should be directed to her.

Since 1998, when she joined the Registrar's staff, Mrs. Aranda has been responsible for student registration processing. Carmen produces and oversees the distribution of student grade reports and performs grade input and grades changes for faculty. Students with questions regarding registration or grade discrepancies should see Carmen.

Kim Anderson has been with Rush University Medical Center since May 2002 and joined the Office of the Registrar in October 2005. For assistance with transcript requests, loan deferment documents, degree/enrollment verifications, name changes, address changes, and submitting the microfilm letter to the library (for thesis/dissertation manuscripts) please contact Kim at (312) 942-5681. |
Benita Simms-Hale began working at Rush University Medical Center in December 2006 and officially joined the Office of the Registrar staff in July 2007. Benita maintains current and former student records and helps to oversee the office's document imaging project. Additionally, Benita assists with transcript requests, and degree/enrollment verifications and licensing credentials.
