Registration period begins/ends for Fall 2011. Continuing degree/certificate students must register by August March 4th to avoid being assigned the $50 late registration fee.

Aug 19

Last day for a student-at-large to register/add a course.

Sept 2

Registration deadline to assure online course access by the first class day.

Sept 5

Labor Day - No classes. University offices closed.

Sept 6

First day of Fall 2011 classes for M1s and M2s.

Sept 12

First day of Fall 2011 classes for all programs (except M1s and M2s). Continuing students not registered by the first day of the quarter will be assigned an additional $50 late registration fee.

Sept 16

Last day to withdraw from a class for a 100% refund and no entry on the transcript. Last day to add course if registered. Last day to select or cancel the "Pass/No Pass" or "Audit" option. Tuition and fees are due.

Sept 23

Intent to Graduate form due for students anticipating to graduate during the Fall 2011 quarter.

Oct 14

Last day to withdraw with a "W" grade on transcript.

Oct 31- Nov 11

Registration begins/ends for Winter 2012. Continuing degree/certificate students must register by November 11th to avoid being assigned the $50 late registration fee.

Nov 18

Last day of classes/Last day to withdraw from College of Nursing and College of Health Sciences courses.

Nov 21-23

Examination period for College of Nursing and College of Health Sciences courses.

Nov 24-25

Thanksgiving holiday. No classes. University offices closed.

Dec 2

Last day of classes/Last day to withdraw from Graduate College courses.

Dec 5-16

Examination period for Graduate College courses.

Dec 9

Degree Approval forms due for students graduating during the fall quarter.

Dec 10

Official graduation date for Fall 2011 graduates.

Jan 3, 2012

First day of Winter 2012 classes for Rush Medical College, College of Nursing, College of Health Sciences, and Graduate College courses.
