You don’t know your password:

Your logon name and password is your
first initial + your last name. This is called
your WebCT ID. Your password is your
social security number, with dashes –
until you change it.

You tried that; it didn’t work – fill out the student help request form or call 2-HELP to request technical support from the RPSLMC Information Services department.

professor. Please do not contact the METC or Information Services regarding course content questions.

Rush Elearn email is separate from Rush University or RPSLMC email.

Elearn email is generated and managed through WebCT, the software which powers Rush Elearn.

Browsers

To see a list of browsers supported for use with WebCT Campus Edition 4.1 see the Requirements page. For more detailed browser information see the WebCT Browser Tuneup page.

Make sure that you have Java enabled in your Internet Preferences (Netscape) or Internet Options (Explorer).

You need to set your browser to refresh the
page each time you open your browser. You may
also need to refresh your browser frequently so
as to get the ‘newest’ content of the page.
