You obtain hands-on experience at one of the nation's top academic medical centers, RUSH University Medical Center, in the vibrant city of Chicago.

At RUSH, you learn in small classes for more interaction with our faculty, who are also practitioners in their field.

You will learn in an interprofessional environment that includes peers, professors and clinicians from many research and health sciences fields.

A thesis research project will provide you with specialized training and further professional skills in your area of interest.

And at RUSH, we have many, well-funded research laboratories to support your training.

You will experience diverse research environments and gain hands-on skills as you contribute to basic science areas related to health care.

Program Length and Location

This is a two-year (five terms), on-campus program with a thesis.

The program is designed to be completed in five consecutive terms and requires a minimum of 37 credits.
