Entrance Counseling Requirement for Federal Loan ProgramsStafford Loan All first-time borrowers through the Federal Stafford Loan program, and those students who are first-time students attending Rush, must complete the Stafford Loan Entrance Counseling session online. Perkins Loan First-time recipients of Federal Perkins Loans must complete Entrance Counseling and a Loan Questionnaire at Campus Partners, the loan servicer for Rush University, before signing the Perkins Master Promissory Note (MPN). Recipients will be informed when to complete this process.
