College of Health Sciences: Conduct and Ethics

Each student is expected to conduct him or herself in a professional manner at all times‑‑ in a manner which conforms to the ethics of the health professions and which instills confidence in the student's abilities as a health care professional. Each student is expected to conform to the professional code of ethics as outlined in their departmental student handbook.

Irresponsible, unprofessional, or unethical behavior may result in disciplinary action which may include suspension or dismissal from the college. All clinical agency or hospital regulations are to be followed by students when undergoing clinical or other training in a facility.
