Leaders have experienced unprecedented changes in the workplace. Financial constraints, limited resources, engagement declines and retention issues have left leaders depleted and unsure how to move forward. Previous leadership approaches are no longer sufficient.
New skills, strategies, and mindsets are required to meet the complex needs of organizations, employees, and patients.
In Leadership Strategies for a Thriving Culture & Amplified Results, participants learn essential, research-based strategies to meet the needs of the current paradigm shift, create thriving cultures and achieve high-impact outcomes.
This retreat is designed for clinical, non-clinical and administrative healthcare leaders looking to make a more positive impact on their teams, organization and patient care.
